The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st launches on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Steam Worldwide in Fall 2025
During Nihon Falcom's shareholder meeting, the developer and publisher confirmed that The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st is also coming to PlayStation 5 and Steam in addition to Nintendo Switch when it launches worldwide in Fall 2025.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st is a full remake of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, and it will be published by GungHo in the west. Following Falcom's announcement, GungHo confirms that the localized title will be Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter, while it is still called The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st in Japan.

PH3's Peter 'Durante' Thoman who has worked on many Falcom PC releases has confirmed on Reddit that PH3 is not involved at all right now with Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter. He goes on to say that they would be happy to work on the PC port of Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter if the publisher is interested.
GungHo confirmed that there will be Collector's Editions from Limited Run Games while North America and Europe will also see a standard physical edition. The physical edition will be priced at $59.99 in North America and sold on Aamzon while Clear River Games will handle it in Europe where it will be priced at €59.99 EUR. Details for the Collector's Editions will be revealed at a later date.
