Free Dread Knights prologue now available on Steam for roguelike tactical RPG Lords of Ravage
Publisher 101XP and developer Synthetic Domain have announced that a free prologue to Lords of Ravage, titled Lords of Ravage: Dread Knights, is now available to download via Steam.
Lords of Ravage was originally announced in 2022, with sparse updates since. While the original announcement described the game as a tactical turn-based RPG, the game is now described as "a dark fantasy tactical RPG with roguelike elements." in either case, you play as the antagonist as you raise an army to squash your enemies. While the game was originally announced for consoles and PC, today's update only pertains to the PC release.

Lords of Ravage: Dread Knights is a free version of Lords of Ravage, a dark fantasy tactical RPG with roguelike elements where the player becomes the antagonist. Command armies, crush heroes, and pillage kingdoms in search of a powerful artifact that can change the world.
The prologue follows the story of Berold, one of the Lords of Ravage and Leader of the Knights of Terror. When Berold has had enough of the weak-willed King, he takes the reins of his destiny. You will start on the path of a leader who commands an army of minions and uses strategy, magic, and cunning tricks to seize power and become fear incarnate.
