Fuga: Melodies of Steel 3 launches on May 29 for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC
CyberConnect2 has announced that Fuga: Melodies of Steel 3 will launch on May 29 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, and PC (Steam, Epic).
According to the Steam store page, the third entry boasts substantial changes to the battle system, upgraded intermission sections, and more strategic route progression.
Additionally, the Japanese press release states that physical versions for each of the three titles will be made available for Nintendo Switch in Japan, although there has been no word on western retail releases.
We had a chance to speak with CC2 Executive Vice President Taichiro Miyazaki in an interview at Anime Expo 2024, where we discussed the company's self publishing efforts as well as how the 3rd game is expected to be twice as long as its predecessors.
