Gundam Breaker 4 will newly get GQuuuuuuX and Requiem for Vengeance's Gundam EX via a free update patch
Update (13 March)
The promised update patch that would add the Gundam EX and GQuuuuuuX to Gundam Breaker 4 has just been released today. All players of the game can now get the complete sets for both units in HG (1/144) and MG (1/100) scales by finding and purchasing them in the in-game shop.
The same patch also brings in more content and options, such as the widely-discussed holographic replacements of Master Skill parts and the addition of Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam's Futsunomitama sword as a standalone melee weapon. The latter will, however, require players to once again purchase the kit from the shop to get the new sword part.
As a side note, Bandai Namco also announced on the same day that they will release new microtransaction DLC packs that will let players obtain the Enhance and Evolve Items needed to level up parts. But just like the previously released Breaker Booster packs, we do not really recommend these microtransactions, as you can easily farm the items by activating a Breaker Booster, which will also be rewarded for free in-game if you can get an S mission rank.
The new patch notes for the update that included the two new units are also available to read right below:
●Major Updates
【New Mobile Suits Added!】
・GQuuuuuuX
・Gundam EX (Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance)
They will be available for purchase in the in-game store.

The effects of the Burst Actions 'Proud Defender' and 'Convergent Heavy Nucleon Beam Cannon Disruptor' have been updated. Additionally, Futsunomitama has been added as a Close-Range weapon. ・Added New diorama objects.
・Added Photograph poses to the diorama mode.
・Added the ability to display area limits on the map (This can be switched in the configuration.)

Original (30 January)
Bandai Namco has revealed that they will add more two new Mobile Suit sets to Gundam Breaker 4 via a future free update patch. The new additions will be based on the Gunpla model kits for the following units: RX-78(G)E Gundam EX from the Netflix film Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance and gMS-Ω GQuuuuuuX from the 2025 anime show Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX.
The company has also published another update patch on the same day, but it does not include the above new units. When the new kits do eventually get added, though, all players will be eventually able to access them without having to purchase any additional DLC or Season Pass, just like the previous patch that added the Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam and Gundam Calibarn.

In case you are wondering, the new update patch that appeared today is more focused on the gigantic bosses that include Mobile Armors and PG-scaled Gunplas. While the patch notes are available on Steam, you can also check them right below. Gundam Breaker 4 is available worldwide on PlayStation 5/4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
