Lies of P: Overture DLC revealed for Summer 2025 release
Neowiz and Round8 Studio revealed new DLC for Lies of P in the form of Lies of P: Overture due this Summer for all platforms. This DLC takes players back to the beginning of the Puppet Frenzy leading into the events of Lies of P.
Back in late 2023, it was announced that Lies of P would see DLC in the future. Fast forward to Sony's State of Play from a few hours ago and Lies of P: Overture has been revealed for release this Summer. While a release date or price point haven't been announced, you can currently wishlist Lies of P: Overture here.
Lies of P is now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (Steam).

Cross the bounds of time to discover what lies await Geppetto’s Puppet in the dramatic prequel, Lies of P: Overture. The new DLC expansion debuted during February’s State of Play, where Neowiz and Round8 Studio shared a first peek with a new gameplay trailer.
Releasing in Summer 2025, Lies of P: Overture takes players back to the beginning of the Puppet Frenzy and shares what led to the fateful events in Lies of P. The new gameplay trailer features never-before-seen environments, high-stakes battles with new bosses and briefly teases a mysterious guide as players unravel chilling secrets.
“We knew that the end of Lies of P was just the beginning for what our team had in store for fans,” said Jiwon Choi, game director, ROUND8 Studios. “Lies of P: Overture allows us the opportunity to fully explore the past and present of our universe. We are grateful for our community’s patience as our team took the time to tell the story we’ve always wanted to share.”
The next chapter in the Lies of P franchise is now available to wishlist on Xbox and Steam.
