Wuthering Waves version 2.1 "Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls" is now available on mobile, PC, and PS5

Kuro Games just released Wuthering Waves 2.1 "Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls" for iOS, Android, PC, and PlayStation 5 worldwide bringing in new content, weapons, story content, and much more.

In addition to releasing Wuthering Waves 2.1 which brings in ray-traced global illumination on Nvidia RTX 40 series cards, Kuro Games also announced that Wuthering Waves will be releasing on March 27 for macOS on the Mac App Store. Today's update brings in two new regions, a companion story, new Resonators, optimization, and more.

Wuthering Waves is now available on iOS, Android, PC, and PlayStation 5.

Kuro Games announced WutheringWaves version 2.1 is available now on mobile, PC and PlayStation 5. The latest version brings a mix of updates that players have come to know and love, such as new areas, Resonators, Convenes, events, companion story, quests, and gameplay, as well as some new additions, such as new merchandise, and that Wuthering Waves will be available on the Mac App Store on March 27. Players will also be happy to find that Version 2.1 features continued gameplay optimization.

Optimizations: 
  • Echo Presets: allow you to easily save and apply customized Echo lineups for your Resonator. Select any saved preset and use “Apply” to equip the preset to the current Resonator.
  • Echo Recommendation: On the Echo Selection page, use “Suggest” to open the filter. This allows you to check the most commonly used Mainstats and Substats for the current Resonator and quickly filter out suitable Echoes. On the Resonator - Echo page, use “Suggest” to check the most commonly used Sonata Effect for the current Resonator. Use “Auto Equip” to equip all Echoes that best match the selected Sonata Effect. In addition, the Echo storage space has been expanded to 3,000.
  • Camera Optimizations: Idle poses capture stunning photos of your Resonators in their idle animation poses. More controls explore more compositions with the addition of Camera Filters, adjustable Filter Intensity, and free horizontal and vertical camera movement.
Ray-Traced Global Illumination: 
  • Ray-Traced Global Illumination is now officially available in Version 2.1. Currently, Ray Tracing requires an Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 series graphics card or higher on PC. Players can expect ongoing optimization efforts to bring this feature to a wide range of graphics cards.
