Info on Mass Effect 3's Alternate Ending DLC Leaked?

A Reddit poster by the name of derptemp6698 apparently has a bit of info on some anticpated Mass Effect 3 DLC.  While he does not give sources, he did accurately "predict" details of the Rebellion Pack almost 3 weeks before it was revealed officially.  Now he claims to have information on Mass Effect 3: Earth, an upcoming multiplayer extension, as well as info on the "Extended Cut" DLC.

"The fighting is fiercest when it's your home at stake! Mass Effect 3™: Earth adds mods, gear, and new maps for Rio, Vancouver, and London. It features 3 new weapons: Piranha assault shotgun, Acolyte pistol, and Typhoon light machine gun. Six new human N7 classes are also available: Destroyer, Paladin, Demolisher, Slayer, Shadow, and Fury!"

And here's what he had to say about the "Extended Cut", the DLC housing an alternate ending after the outcry of the game's normal ending.

"An expanded ending for Mass Effect 3. Additional scenes and an extended epilogue reveal the impact of Shepard's choices on the future of the galaxy."

Not much we didn't already know, but any information is welcome.
derptemp6698 did not say anything about a date, but did mention they are separate DLC packs.  We'll have more info when/if this is confirmed or denied by EA.
