Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree showcases its Talent Trees in a new trailer

Publisher Knight's Peak and developer Primal Game Studio have released the second in a series of feature trailers for 2.5D action RPG Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree, focusing on the Talent Tree. This follows the first trailer showcasing gear and progression released last week.

Mandragora features six selectable player classes, each with a different Talent Tree available with stat increases, passive perks, and active skills. However, when progressing through the game, you are free to spend your points on any Talent Tree. You can also refund points and redistribute your talents, should you wish to experiment with your build.

Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is set to release on April 17 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC (SteamEpic).

Primal Game Studio and Knights Peak continue their feature showcase series for the upcoming dark fantasy action RPG Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree with a brand-new video exploring Talent Tree Progression. This latest deep dive highlights the extensive skill customization options available to players, demonstrating how different abilities and upgrades shape unique playstyles.

From devastating combat techniques to powerful passive bonuses, the Talent Tree system offers countless ways to refine your character’s strengths and adapt to the dangers of Faelduum.

Set in the dark and immersive world of Faelduum, Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree blends Soulslike combat with non-linear exploration, offering challenging battles, deep character customization, and a narrative shaped by player choices. The game features six distinct character classes, each with unique talent trees and over 200 active skill upgrades. The story is crafted by Brian Mitsoda (Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines), with a haunting soundtrack composed by Christos Antoniou and performed by the FILMharmonic Orchestra of Prague.

Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is set to launch on April 17, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Preorders are now available on Steam and Epic Games Store.
