Ys X: Proud Nordics is confirmed for Nintendo Switch 2 release this year in Japan

Nihon Falcom has confirmed that its previously announced new and significantly upgraded Ys X: Proud Nordics will be coming to Nintendo Switch 2 during the Japanese Nintendo Direct.

When Ys X: Proud Nordics was announced, platforms were not revealed. It was only confirmed for release this year. Following the Nintendo Direct that confirmed Ys X: Proud Nordics for Nintendo Switch 2, Falcom has released a short commercial promoting the release. As of this writing, Ys X: Proud Nordics is only confirmed for Nintendo Switch 2 in Japan. A localization is yet to be revealed. Falcom will announce more details soon as revealed in its social post.
