
Front Mission 2: Remake 1.0.9 brings in reworked localization, UI enhancements, improved animations, and more
Forever Entertainment has released a big update for Front Mission 2: Remake ahead of the weekend with a completely reworked localization, UI enhancements, and much more.
Front Mission 2: Remake version 1.0.9, going by the announcement from Forever Entertainment, should be out on all platforms. In addition to the headline features like a reworked English localization for the campaign, tutorials, stats, and UI, the game has gotten enhancements for the UI in the shop, setup, and battle panels. It has also seen improvements to animations in Quick Battles and many fixes.

Front Mission 2: Remake is now available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (Steam, Epic, GOG).

- Completely reworked English localization for campaign dialogues, tutorials, stats, and UI

- Adjusted difficulty balance for Stage 10 and Stage 17

- Fixed resolution and windowed mode issues on PC
- Fixed a camera bug when using long-range weapons
- Resolved a problem where attacks triggered by MG Blow, Double Punch, and other multi-hit skills were incorrectly counted as separate skills, breaking skill chains.
- Fixed unit setup issue during the intermission before Stage 16
- Various minor bug fixes
