One Connect will release The Hundred Youkai Master on PC via Steam

One Connect is working on an RPG titled The Hundred Youkai Master, which they will release for PC via Steam. The company will first release the game via Early Access, although they still have yet to specify the release window. However, they have announced that they will set up a playable demo version physically first at the Tokyo Game Dungeon 8 event in the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center on May 4.

This game will let players form a team comprised of Japanese yokai apparitions. However, it will take a rather unique approach in which it focuses almost entirely on the battles without any mini-games or map explorations. The emphasis placed on the battle system will require the player to thoroughly consider the yokais' formation and skill orders among others to progress through the game.
