Today, Bethesda Softworks and Virtuos have announced and released The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, a full remaster of the 2006 RPG classic, with visuals running on Unreal Engine 5. The studio detailed some of the new changes as part of a livestream on the official Bethesda Twitch channel earlier today, and the game is available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and Windows (Steam, Game Pass). The game is available in both a standard edition and a Digital Deluxe version, at $49.99 and $59.99 respectively. All of the original DLC and expansions for the game, including The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles are included with the remaster. Playfully teased as one of gamings worst-kept secrets, players are able to play the game starting today.
