Guild Wars 2 features free server transfers at launch

The arrival of Guild Wars 2 is nearly here and AreaNet has some good news for those indecisive folks.

When you boot up Guild Wars 2 for the first time, you'll be asked to choose a home server - but no worries, you can switch out as many times as you like if you're not satisfied.

Players will have the ability to do so through the game's launch window, can only transfer once per week and have to give up a few gems in the process. You'll also have the option to chose a server from any region, although North Americans and Europeans will be separated.

Guild Wars 2 will be launching later this month on August 28th.
