Final Fantasy XIV's PlayStation 3 version to debut at Tokyo Game Show
The PlayStation 3 version of Final Fantasy XIV will finally be revealed at Tokyo Game Show, Famitsu reveals this week.
Announced back in 2009 for the platform, it was to be the only home console that would see a release of the title. Three years later, we’ll finally get to see what it looks like, remade as A Realm Reborn.
Of course, being for the PS3, FFXIV will feature a different interface than what’s already been seen with the PC version of the game – such as the main command icons. The team is currently attempting to fit all the main actions into 8 items for the console release. Targeting has also been improved in the form of a targeting circle in which players will be able to select from.
Tokyo Game Show 2012 starts on September 20th and goes through September 23rd.
