Mass Effect 3's final DLC gets a trailer
The Mass Effect trilogy is to draw to a final close this week with the release of Mass Effect 3: Citadel, the final piece of downloadable content for the game.
Designed to tug at the heartstrings, Mass Effect 3: Citadel features the return of most of the major characters throughout the series including the likes of Wrex, Zaeed, Miranda and Samara. Player choices will factor back into things, and see only characters who survived for you appear. The DLC sees Shepard given his own private apartment on the Citadel - a reward soured by attempts on his life from an unknown enemy. His crew rush to his aid.
The DLC is out tomorrow, and costs $14.99 or 1200 Microsoft or Bioware points. Like Omega, it's not coming for Wii U. The last piece of multiplayer DLC, Reckoning, launched last week.
With Shepard's story finally finished, series fans will now be casting their gaze towards the next title in the series - a game likely to break free from the more dominating elements of the trilogy to tell new stories in the ME universe. We'll have a full review of Citadel later this week.
