Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII Media Update - Screenshots & Artwork
Square Enix has released a little additional media for the upcoming Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, showing off how the game looks in action. We've taken the opportunity to update the Media Vault for the game a bit.
The screenshots are all unfortunately tiny, released at a little over half the resolution the game actually runs at (we're not sure what they're trying to hide, to be honest - looks ok to us) but they're still a little something to look at. Get your magnifying glass out, I suppose. Pretend you're a detective. Crack the case of the screenshots so small we very nearly never posted them!
Some additional artwork was also released, including renders of Lightning in her Cloud Strife pre-order bonus costume and returning kid hero Hope.
We spoke to the developers and played Lightning Returns at E3 and we came away impressed by its extensive twist on the FF13 battle system. Check the updated media out below.
