Fable II scoops "Action & Adventure" BAFTA

It may be an RPG to us, but UK awards society BAFTA have awarded Fable II the award for the best Action & Adventure title of 2008 at the awards ceremony last night.

Peter Molyneux was on hand at the event to pick up the award. Peter, well known for his enthusiasm, was clearly pleased by the win: "For us the BAFTA's are one of the most important video games awards with its British and film association -- our BAFTA for Fable II will take pride of place in our offices"

Fable II was RPGSite's highest scoring game of 2008, scoring a whopping 96%. Lionhead Studios is currently working on a new, unnamed game.
