Monolith Soft are recruiting designers

Baten Kaitos and Xenoblade developer, Monlith Soft have sent out an urgent  call for planners, the Japanese equivalent of designers.  The category is seperated into three parts, listing Town Planner, Game Planner, and Battle Algorithm Planner.

As this is marked urgent, we can deduce the recruiting is related to the upcoming Xenoblade sequel/spiritual successor, X.  As the game is set to release later this year, development is likely speeding up, though we currently have no seasonal or quarterly estimate.
