Find out more about Neptunia Victory II

In what can only assumed to be a slightly more serious approach to the series, the preview trailer for Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II is now available. The footage was first shown during Compile Heart's annual Game no Dengeki Kanshasai 2014 event held in Akihabara in Japan. Below you can check out a couple of magazine scans from Dengeki Playstation where first details of the game have been revealed. A teaser site has also been opened.

As mentioned in the article, the game will feature an adult Neptune who is different from the one we all know and love, and will not be able to transform into a Goddess. There will be a couple new characters including Uranus Uzume, a girl with red pigtails who carries a large megaphone, along with a girl with blonde pgitails whose details have not been revealed but is likely a Goddess.

The story will span three different dimensions: Zero Dimension Neptunia Z: Ragnarok’s Goddess at the Edge of the Cliff, Hyperdimension Neptunia G: Gold Bellwether – Gamindustri’s Existence Transformation, and Heart Dimension Neptunia H: Trilogy Final and Thus into the Legend, the last of which is oddly enough Dragon Quest III's subtitle. Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II is set to be released sometime later this year. No Western localization has been announced, but you know it's coming.
