Dragon Age Inquisition gets a new story trailer, release date

EA and Bioware has just released a new gameplay trailer for Dragon Age Inquisition, with it revealing new details about the upcoming RPG's story and, at last, a release date: October 7th, 2014.

The trailer gives players an idea of what to expect - with the titular player-created 'Inquisitor' lead the lone survivor of an explosive massacre. It shows off some combat moves, faces both familiar and all-new, and of course gives an oh-so brief glimpse at some Dragons. Because, y'know - Dragon Age. 

Inquisition marks a change in direction and pace for the series after the previous entry, Dragon Age II, was poorly recieved by fans for straying far from what mage the original popular. Inquisition appears to be looking to marry the best ideas from the second game without losing what made the first great - and thus far, it appears to be doing pretty well.
