Bravely Second screenshots and artwork show Edea Lee and new Asterisk Holders

Square Enix has released new media for Bravely Second, showing off several of the new updates that have been announced in magazines over the last few months. Most notably, Edea Lee from Bravely Default makes a return, complete with a new outfit. She is the captain of the guard and works with new pope Agnes to achieve peace between the Duchy and the Orthodoxy.

Edea does not seem to be a party member, but participates in a bartering sidequest with returning asterisk holders from Bravely Default.

We also have new artwork for a few new jobs and characters. The new Asterisks and their holders are Angelo the Pâtissier, Minette the cat master, and the mysterious old astrologian.

Bravely Second releases in Japan on April 23rd.
