Watch the first official Japanese trailer and behind-the-scenes video of Death end re;Quest

Compile Heart has just uploaded the first trailer for their upcoming brand-new RPG Death end re;Quest. This game is confirmed to be part of Compile Heart's Galapagos RPG, which is also previously used for the likes of Fairy Fencer F and Omega Quintet. The official site also has a link to a behind-the-scenes video uploaded by Famitsu Tube, which you can also watch at the bottom of this article.

In Death end re;Quest, Shiina Ninomiya, a video game director, is trapped inside an unfinished VR MMORPG named World Odyssey, and her programmer staff Arata Mizunashi must use his programming skills in the real world to fix the game and rescue her. The game has a lot of bad endings caused by wrong decisions, and the player must fix the game while traversing through the bug-ridden MMORPG to get the single true ending.

Death end re;Quest will be released for PlayStation 4 in Japan. Currently, neither the release date or an English localization have been announced yet. You can also read the first information about this upcoming JRPG in our article here.
