Dissidia Final Fantasy NT will have a closed beta this summer

Today during EVO 2017, Square Enix announced their upcoming fighting game Dissidia Final Fantasy NT will be holding a closed beta sometime later this summer. 

For those interested in participating, you will want to register a free Square Enix Membership and sign up for a chance to join the closed beta.

Those living in North America and Latin America can sign up for access through this link. Those living in PAL territories can sign up through here.

Update (07/16/17): Square Enix has stated on Twitter that for the time being, only those living in North America are eligible for the closed beta. They'll have more news about other regions "in the near future."

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT introduces squad-based battle gameplay by allowing you to wage war with over 20 of your favorite Final Fantasy characters. Combining unparalleled visuals, seamless gameplay, and your favorite characters from the past 30 years of the franchise, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT welcomes all gamers with three-versus-three battles and the series renowned “bravery combat system”.

While aiming for supremacy, call forth familiar summons like Ifrit, Shiva, and Odin to aid you and your party! Square Enix is collaborating with Team Ninja, one of the world’s leading developers in the fighting game genre, to bring Dissidia Final Fantasy NT to life.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is scheduled to be released sometime in early 2018 exclusively for the PlayStation 4. For more information, check out our E3 preview!
