Dragon Age, Mass Effect to return in Fiscal 2011

EA have confirmed that there will be new entries in the Dragon Age and Mass Effect franchises from Bioware in the 2011 fiscal year in their 2010 earnings report.

In the report "Dragon Age Title TBA" was listed amongst other as-yet unannounced titles slated to hit in the period between January and March 2011.

While not explicitly mentioned in the earnings report, EA boss man John Schappert said that "something far-reaching coming from Mass Effect" would arrive in 2011. That sounds like a little more than a sequel to us. Could it be the rumoured movie? A spinoff? A PS3 port? We'll let you decide.

It's likely that some of these projects will be announced at E3 this year. We'll bring you all the latest as we get it, as always.
