Shenmue III to be published globally by Deep Silver
Deep Silver and developer Ys Net have announced a new publishing collaboration for the long awaited Shenmue III. You can find Ys Net's blog post about the new partnership here.
The game is currently scheduled for release in the second half of 2018 for PlayStation 4 and PC, with both physical and digital versions.
Deep Silver's CEO Klemens Kundratitz, series creator Yu Suzuki, and PlayStation VP Florian Hunziker commented on the new partnership and we have those comments below:

If you are attending Gamescom this year, you can meet Yu Suzuki during two sessions at the event. He will be present at public area Hall 9.1 Stand B011/C010, Wednesday evening 18:30-19:30, and Thursday noon 12:30-13:30. "He excited to meet Shenmue fans and celebrate this new partnership with Deep Silver."
