TGS 2017: Atelier Lydie & Suelle debut trailer shows us things both new and old

Today during TGS 2017, Koei Tecmo has released the first trailer for Atelier Lydie & Suelle: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting.

Gust's latest entry serves as the finale of the Mysterious trilogy following Atelier Sophie and Atelier Firis. The story follows twin girls named Lydie and Suelle living in a small atelier shop in Melveille, the capital of the Kingdom of Adallet.

While dealing with the fact their atelier is underperforming, they discover mysterious paintings in their basement that allow them to explore new worlds and gather unique materials. Maybe they can save their little shop after all.

Atelier Lydie & Soeur: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting is set to be released for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch in Japan sometime this winter.
