Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep confirmed for US release this summer

Square Enix have confirmed today that Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep will be arriving in the West this summer for Playstation Portable.

The spin-off takes the story away from Sora and instead tells of events that took place before the main-line Kingdom Hearts games began. It was released in Japan in January to some fanfare and sales success.

While an announcement of exactly when in the Summer this will arrive hasn't been made just yet, we'd expect those details to arrive before - or at - E3 2010. We'll bring you the latest as we get it, as always.
