First trailer for Nippon Ichi's Your Four Knight Princesses
Following its announcement a few weeks ago, Nippon Ichi Software has released the first trailer for 2D action RPG Your Four Knight Princesses alongside some new screenshots and gameplay details.
Within the game's 'praise and scold' systems, the player can earn Knowledge Materia, which is then used to power up your princesses stats. Each princess has five parameters that can be improved with these materia: “Martial Arts,” “Culture,” “Fortitude,” “Ethics,” and “Trust". By powering up these parameters, the princess' combat stats will improve and can also unlock new skills to use.
On the battlefield, you give orders to your princess and a squad of soldiers. Each princess has a unique combat style, so a variety of actions can take place. On each field, the player can gain control of Relics, which can restore HP or damage nearby enemies.
Your Four Knight Princesses is set to release in Japan on January 25, 2018 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch. It has not yet been announced for localization. Find screenshots in the gallery below.
