Fire Emblem Warriors 1st DLC batch out today - Watch the official gameplay trailers
Today, December 21, marks the release date of the first DLC batch for Fire Emblem Warriors, starring new playable characters from Fire Emblem Fates. To commemorate this occasion, Koei Tecmo has published new gameplay trailers showcasing the new additions, which you can watch right below.
Azura is newly added through this DLC with the initial class Songstress, wielding the Blessed Lance. Just like in the original game, she can sing to support allies; the effect of which is filling Warrior and Awakening gauges for nearby allies. Her personal skill gradually recovers the HP of her partner in a Pair Up.
The Hoshidan Spearfighter Oboro is made playable with this DLC after previously only appearing as an NPC. She has Counter as her personal skill, where successfully blocking an enemy's strong attack will cause a shockwave that exposes the enemy's Stun gauge.
The Nohrian Outlaw Niles is also made playable in this DLC. His personal skill is Lethality, which has a Luck stat-based percentage to greatly raise damage of finishing blows with special visual effect.
In addition to the DLC, Koei Tecmo has also released an update patch that upgrades the game to Ver 1.3.0 with additional features. You can read the full details of both the DLC and update patch right here. Stay tuned for more updates as Koei Tecmo plans to release the Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon DLC batch next February and the Fire Emblem Awakening DLC batch in March.
