Tetracast - Episode 99: Don't Look a Talking Horse in the Mouth
Welcome to the latest edition of the Tetracast, RPG Site's weekly podcast!
Before we get into the news of the week, we talk about the games we have been playing. Adam Reese and Josh both spent time with Dynasty Warriors 9, the first open-world attempt for the series, which falls a little flat. Adam shares his thoughts on the adventure horror title Little Nightmares. Meanwhile, James can't get enough of Monster Hunter: World, but he also made some time for Ys VIII following the relocalization patch. Josh has been enjoying the addictive nature of Celeste, the follow-up to Towerfall. Adam Vitale travels back to the Middle Ages in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, while Chao travels through time with Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology. Finally, Zack gets stuck in the past with the Secret of Mana remake.
Then we head into the news of the week! There wasn't a lot to speak of, but we do our best with what we have. Code Vein goes more Souls-like with its cooperative multiplayer features. Beamdog runs into trouble with the System Shock remake with a vision bigger than its budget. Nintendo announced the highly anticipated Xenoblade Chronicles 2 patch has been delayed for a couple weeks. And Cygames is apparently bringing Granblue Fantasy for a couple conventions? All that and more on the latest episode!
