Dark Souls Remastered gets a new gameplay trailer, PC owners get a discount
Earlier today, Bandai Namco released a brand new (albeit short) gameplay trailer for the upcoming Dark Souls Remastered alongside the news that digital preorders for the title have now opened up through the PlayStation Store and Xbox Games Store.
Now for a very good piece of news for those of you who may already own Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition. Those who do will be able to pick up a nice 50 percent loyalty discount towards the purchase of Dark Souls Remastered on PC as well. Bandai Namco has also announced that starting on May 8 at 4:00 PM PT, the Steam version of Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition will be delisted and replaced with Dark Souls Remastered when that launches on May 25.
Don't worry if you don't decide to upgrade, however; those who currently own Prepare to Die Edition will still be able to play and re-download the game whenever they want through their Steam library even after it has been delisted.

Dark Souls Remastered is scheduled to be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC through Steam on May 25. It was previously revealed that the Nintendo Switch version of the game has been delayed to sometime this summer.
