Pre-order bonuses for Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age

Square Enix has detailed more pre-order options for Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age, introducing bonuses for those who purchase physical editions in North America from either GameStop/EB Games or Amazon. These bonuses include in-game gear that either boosts gold or EXP earned after battle.

Square Enix previously detailed PSN and Steam bonuses for those who pre-purchase the game digitally. We have all the options listed below. Square Enix will also release a special edition of the PS4 game on the publisher's online store, but this version has yet to be revealed.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age is set to release on September 4 for PlayStation 4 and Steam.

Amazon

Players that pre-order the game from Amazon will receive an exclusive in-game DLC pack including:

“Arriviste’s Vest” - A glitzy gold waistcoat that awards the wearer with extra money every time a battle is won; and

Three “Seeds of Skill” - A nifty nut that confers an extra skill point upon anyone who eats it (consumed upon use).

GameStop / EB Games

Pre-order incentives at GameStop in the United States, or EB Games in Canada, include eight exclusive collectible two-inch buttons featuring the main cast and the mysterious spirits of lost time, as well as an exclusive in-game DLC pack which contains:

The “Elevating Vest” - A snazzy waistcoat that awards the wearer with extra experience every time they win a battle; and

Three “Seeds of Skill” - A nifty nut that confers an extra skill point upon anyone who eats it (consumed upon use).

PlayStation Network

Those who pre-order via the PlayStation®Store will receive an exclusive PlayStation®4 theme and a selection of in-game DLC items including: Vest for Success, Seed of Skill and Über Agate of Evolution.
