Dark Souls Remastered Network Tests scheduled for May 11th and 12th
From Software announced that the first network tests for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One versions of Dark Souls Remastered are only a short ways away. The distribution of the test itself will be free to download leading up to the specified test times, and anyone with either console will be able to participate. The network test for the Switch version of the game will take place at a later date. There does not seem to be any mention of a network test for the PC version of the game.

Japan
The network test version client is now available for download on the Japanese PlayStation Store and Xbox Games Store.
It will be playable at the following times:
North America
The network test version client will be available for download on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Games Store on May 1.

Europe
Check back shortly. We’re still waiting on the announcement / unsure of whether the European network test is being held at a different time. The Xbox Games Store listings for European territories did not list a date or time when we checked.
Dark Souls Remastered releases on May 25, with a discount on PC for owners of the Prepare to Die Edition. The Nintendo Switch version of the game is currently delayed to an unspecified date later in the summer.
