Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom shipments and download sales top 900K, series at 2.8 million
Level-5 has announced that Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom has passed 900k shipments & digital sales worldwide and that cumulative sales of the Ni no Kuni franchise as a whole has shipped 2.8 million units. This would include both Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch and the original Ni no Kuni title on Nintendo DS (Japan-only). A new Japanese commercial for the game commemorates the achievement.
Additionally, an Official Soundtrack for the game will go on sale next week in Japan on June 6. It will run ¥3,300 and consists of 31 tracks. First print editions also come with special artwork sleeves. However, the soundtrack is currently not announced for a western release.
Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom released on PlayStation 4 and Steam in March. Future downloadable content is planned for the RPG, but no details have been shared as of yet.
