AI: The Somnium Files announced for PS4, Switch, and PC

During their Anime Expo 2018 panel held just a little bit ago, Spike Chunsoft announced AI: The Somnium Files, the latest title from Zero Escape series creator Kotaro Uchikoshi. Originally revealed as Project: Psync back during GDC 2017, the adventure game will be released for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam. No release date was shared.

AI: The Somnium Files is a detective adventure game in which you investigate the mystery behind a series of murders in a more technologically-advanced Tokyo, Japan.

The title itself breaks down to:

AI: Artificial Intelligence
Eye: Main Theme
Love: “Ai” also means “Love” in Japanese

Yusuke Kozaki, whose previous work includes No More Heroes and Fire Emblem Awakening, is handling the character designs for AI: The Somnium Files.
