Golden Joysticks to Honour Top RPGs of 2010
The Golden Joysticks are to honour the Role Playing Game genre this year by offering up a category all of its own to our genre of choice, allowing the public to vote on ten of the best RPGs of 2010 - and then one will win the prestigious award.
The Golden Joystick awards are the world's oldest gaming award ceremony, and the awards are voted on by the game playing public rather than a panel.
RPG Fans will have to chose between top genre tentpoles including Final Fantasy XIII, Mass Effect 2 and Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver as well as smaller, more indie affairs like Risen, Torchlight and 3D Dot Game Heroes.
I know where my vote would be, but I'm not letting on where that is - you can wait for our Game of the Year 2010 articles! Head on over to the Golden Joystick website to cast your vote for the one you think is the top RPG of 2010!
