Game Freak reveals Town, a turn-based RPG coming to Switch in 2019
During today's Nintendo Direct stream, Pokemon developers Game Freak unveiled Town (Working Title), a turn-based RPG that takes place in a singular village. We got a short look at the gameplay and story premise during the Direct, and learned the game is slated to release in 2019 for Nintendo Switch.

In the short clip, we learn that the small village, though protected by a great castle, has come under attack by monsters. A small section of command style gameplay is shown, as well as introducing a mechanic where fellow villagers are able to assist against the most powerful threats.
