Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden gets 20 minutes of gameplay footage

Funcom has released a 20-minute gameplay video showcasing the upcoming tactical adventure game from developer The Bearded Ladies, Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden.

This is more than your typical XCOM-like as not only will the player be engaging in tactical-based combat with the enemy, but outside of battle, you'll be roaming around, navigating from point A to point B. It's a unique approach, to say the least.

Dynamic Environments: Use the environment to your advantage. Stay out of floodlights, hide from line of sight, or just blast down fully destructible walls and buildings and wreak utter havoc.

Loot, Loot Everywhere: From makeshift slingshots to high-powered rifles and top hats to police vests, make sure you equip your Mutants for the dangers ahead. Nothing says post-human quite like a mutated boar in spiked metal armor charging at you with a blunderbuss in his hands.
