Capcom has revealed the dates for both the Monster Hunter x The Witcher 3 collaboration as well as the upcoming Appreciation Fest for Monster Hunter: World.
Monster Hunter x The Witcher 3 collaboration
Capcom revealed that this collab will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on February 8, with availability on PC to come in the future. This update, made in conjunction with CD Projekt Red, will blend The Witcher's RPG mechanics into Monster Hunter World. It puts players into the shoes of Witcher protagonist Geralt, who will be voiced by original actor Doug Cockle. You can find more information about this collaboration here.
Monster Hunter: World Appreciation Fest
The Appreciation Fest runs from January 26 to February 22, celebrating the 1 year anniversary for the game. It will be available on all platforms.
One event during this festival has been revealed as "The Greatest Jagras", where players can team up and defeat for special rewards.
Almost all previously released event quests will be made available, and there will even be some very special event quests, featuring monsters that have had a whole year to build up a grudge and are ready to unleash their frustration!

You'll also have the chance to obtain some special Appreciation Fest items and equipment!A special appreciation platter will be available in the Gathering Hub, and items or services at all facilities will be available at reduced costs.
