The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening Remake coming to Nintendo Switch in 2019

During today's Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo announced that The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening is being remade for Nintendo Switch. Originally released in 1993 for Game Boy, this remake changes things up with a new art style. It is set to release sometime in 2019.

Not much has yet been revealed about this apparent remake, but Nintendo boss Yoshiaki Koizumi concluded by saying that this is Link's Awakening "reborn on Nintendo Switch as a new experience".
