Doraemon: Story of Seasons English localization coming to Nintendo Switch and PC Steam in Fall 2019

Update: Bandai Namco Entertainment America has just confirmed that they are releasing Doraemon: Story of Seasons worldwide. The English localization of this crossover game will be released for Nintendo Switch and PC Steam in Fall 2019. You can watch the official English announcement trailer right below.

Original: Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has today confirmed that Doraemon: Story of Seasons will receive localizations in Traditional Chinese and Korean languages. A surprise however also comes with this announcement, in which these localizations will be available for not only Nintendo Switch but also PC via Steam. The Nintendo Switch releases for these Asian localizations are coming out earlier in Summer 2019, while the digital PC release will follow in Fall 2019.

This game is an official collaboration between Doraemon and Marvelous' Story of Seasons series. While Marvelous is indeed producing the game, it is going to be published by Bandai Namco as the IP holder for Doraemon games. Doraemon: Story of Seasons will be first released for Nintendo Switch in Japan on June 13. As of this writing, Bandai Namco has yet to confirm whether the PC Steam release will also support the Japanese language.
