Dragon Star Varnir screenshots introduce more characters, dialogue, and a Falcom collaboration
Idea Factory has released new screenshots and information for Dragon Star Varnir, showcasing some dialogue and introducing another set of characters you'll meet in the RPG. Idea Factory also details a collaboration with Nihon Falcom in bringing some dragons from The Legend of Heroes JRPG series into the game.

In case you missed it, you can check out details on main characters and combat mechanics, Elixirs & Insanity, as well as the announcement information. Dragon Star Varnir is set to release for PlayStation 4 on June 11 in North America and June 14 in Europe.
Character Profiles: Zuba, Cosettia, Nyamo, Gran
Zuba: A witch who conducts research back at the den. She is consumed with her quest for knowledge. If you give her ingredients she seeks, she will grant you a reward. She has absolutely no interest in caring for anyone.
Cosettia: She is the keeper of the Witch's Workshop. This doll was made and enchanted by Zuba, and she has a habit of talking a little strangely. That said, she does her job very well and has knowledge of the most elusive elixirs.
Nyamo: Zuba's pet with a feisty mouth. It looks like a mix between a black cat and a bat, and it is the keeper of the second-hand shop.
Gran: Zephy's friend in the Knights of Requiem. He has a strong sense of justice and he always takes care of those in trouble. He has mixed feeling upon finding out that Zephy is now the target of the witch hunt.
Dialogue Screenshots
Zephy, whose life's purpose was to destroy all witches finds himself befriending them after a life-changing event. Together they search for a way to save the witches from their cursed fate and along the way they unravel the mysteries behind their world, Varneria.
Zephy and the Witches meet new allies during their journey but they also encounter some new wicked foes! In Zephy's journey, he is haunted by the question, "Who should I trust?"'
Monster Collaboration with Nihon Falcom
We have collaborated with Nihon Falcom, known for the RPG series, Legend of Heroes, and brought three dragons as a special quest within in the game! The three dragons include:
- Ancient Dragon Ragnard (The Legend of Heroes: Trails In The Sky SC)
- Zoro-Agruga (Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel)
- True Zoro Agruga (The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III)
Players must reach certain conditions to unlock a quest and fight these giant dragons. Each dragon has a unique attack pattern that players must recognize to defeat it. By defeating these dragons, players can then access their unique Dragon Cores and skill sets!
