Fallout 76 to get a Free Update Called Wastelanders and Nuclear Winter Mode
Gamers may be wondering what's in store for Fallout 76, Bethesda's latest title of the post-apocalyptic series. We learned more today at Bethesda's conference, including the next major update to the online game!
First up is the first look at Fallout 76: Wastelanders, a major update to Fallout 76:
The biggest part of the Wastelanders update are human NPCs that you can interact with, including dialogue trees to make it feel more like a solo Fallout experience. There will also be a new questline and new loot to acquire.
Also, the new mode Nuclear Winter has been revealed:
Nuclear Winter is a Battle Royale mode. 52 players enter, only one leaves as the Overseer. Clearly Bethesda didn't like how nice the players were to one another!
Finally, if you don't own Fallout 76, you can play from June 10-17 for free! It'd a perfect time to see how the game has changed since the launch.
Fallout 76 is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
