Dontnod's Vampyr launches on October 29 for Nintendo Switch

Deep Silver has announced that Dontnod's action RPG Vampyr will launch for Nintendo Switch on October 29. The announcement actually came around several weeks ago, but it dipped under our radar at the time. It will be getting a retail release, too.

Originally released in June 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, Vampyr is an action RPG set in 1918 London, which has been riddled by disease and violence. You play as Jonathan E. Reid, a military surgeon who soon finds himself transformed into a vampire.

We came away somewhat disappointed in Vampyr's writing and RPG mechanics in our review last year, but soon Switch owners can check out the game for themselves.
