Fire Emblem: Three Houses Wave 3 and Wave 4 DLC content outlined in Famitsu guide book

Fire Emblem: Three Houses Perfect Guide, a guidebook published by Famitsu, recently released in Japan. Within its pages seem to lie an outline for the remaining two waves of DLC for the game. 

Reported by Fire Emblem fan/resource site Serenes Forest, this outline seems to indicate new characters, new classes, and more, including a use for that hotspring/sauna sitting in the monastery.
