Amazon Games Studio's upcoming action MMORPG New World launches for PC in May 2020
Amazon Games Studio's upcoming action MMORPG New World will launch for PC in May 2020. A closed beta test will be available in April 2020, though progress made will be wiped before the full launch. More details on the game can be found on the official website. The Steam page is here.
The game will be available in two versions, a base $39.99 option and a deluxe $49.99 option that includes additional skins, emotes, pets, and a digital artbook. Pre-orders will also add a few extra goodies for either version, and details can be found on the website. The page also states the game will have in-app purchases.
New World has been in development at Amazon since around 2016, and a closed alpha test ended earlier this year. A couple of outlets have gone live with previews for the game, such as PCGamer and Eurogamer.
