Dreamscaper is an action RPG roguelite coming to Steam Early Access this Summer
During today's IGN Expo #5 stream, a gameplay demo was shown for recently announced action RPG roguelite Dreamscaper. The game is set to release for Steam Early Access later this Summer. A free prologue is currently available for download.
Developed by a small team at Afterburner Studios in San Francisco, Dreamscaper is part RPG and part life simulation where you play as Cassidy, a woman trapped in a deep depression. The game has players control her within her dreams to take on nightmares, as well as living day-to-day in her waking life. Dreamscaper started life as a Kickstarter campaign in 2019, where backers pledged more the $50,000 to the project.
