Dissidia 012 Duodecim Prologus Final Fantasy Dated for North America and Europe

Square-Enix just dropped word that fans can expect the demo for Dissidia 012 [duodecim] Final Fantasy, to hit very soon. So soon, in fact, that you'll be able to buy it in just 5 days from now directly from the North American or European PlayStation stores on March 15.

Wait, "buy?" you ask? Well, yes... in typical Square-Enix fashion, this is a paid demo. It'll cost $2.99, but there are some added benefits to doing so if you're planning on purchasing the full game later.

You'll be able to try out the new addition to the series, Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII. Additionally, your purchase of this demo will unlock Aerith Gainsborough from Final Fantasy VII as an assist character in the retail game. Any items and progress you unlock in the Prologus can then be ported across into the final version of the game, too.

Dissidia 012 [duodecim] Final Fantasy will be available on PSP and for download on PSN on March 22nd and March 25th in North American and Europe respectively.
