Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition Video Review
Divinity: Original Sin already left a big mark on us last year when it took home our Best Overall and Best Big Screen during our RPG Site Awards. Not content with taking over the PC space, developers Larian Studios set their sights on the popular console space by developing a special version to be released on the PS4 and Xbox One with Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition. Thankfully, PC owners are able to grab this for free and enjoy the same benefits, so don't feel left out.
In his latest video review, Darren MacPhail takes a look at this robust release that adds a new user-interface tailored for controllers and split-screen, more complete voiceover work, new quests, combat-styles, locations, changes to the crafting system and a reworked storyline.
But while all of this sounds very promising for a game that already spanned in the dozens of hours, the transition to console isn't without problems. As you would expect, there are a variety of technical issues that you can hear about in the video above. Once the patches come rolling through, there is no doubt that Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition is one of the best investments an RPG fan can make.
