In the world of Persona 3 Reload, friendship is power - with each bond you forge making your Persona fusion abilities stronger. The Chihiro Fushimi social link is the friendship that governs the Justice arcana - and can even blossom into a romantic relationship, if that's what you'd like the protagonist to do. This Chihiro S-Link guide will help you to maximize the relationship - platonic or otherwise - with all the right dialogue choices.

It's important to note that each of the social links in Persona 3 Reload is slightly different compared to other verisons of Persona 3; this guide is exclusively for P3 Reload, not other versions (though we do have a P3 Portable equivalent if required). Chihiro S-Link Guide - Justice (Persona 3 Reload)

As you'd expect, this social link guide lists every dialogue choice response for all s-link ranks of the Chihiro Fushimi social link. Answer as the guide suggests and you'll max out the link in no time - and the guide is spoiler-free!

As with all S-Links, much hinges on how you respond to conversation. Choosing the value that gives the most points will level up your s-link quicker, meaning less hangouts until it's maxed. You'll recieve bonus points for some responses if you have a matching arcana Persona, in this case Justice, in your current stock. The point values we list for the dialogue options here include those bonuses where applicable.

Prerequisite: Join the Student Council (Emperor Social Link). Then talk to Chihiro each day until she accepts your invitation.
Available Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in the daytime.

Chihiro is one of the earliest social links that you can unlock after attending the Emperor's social link. Once you do, you just need to talk to her each day for a total of three times before she will hang out with you. This social link's story is mostly the same as the original, but many of the earlier bonding points have been heavily diminished, requiring spending extra days to rank up. A lot of the ranks will give hardly any points, even with a matching arcana, which means that players using the FES schedule will need to completely rearrange phone calls and fortune-telling to reduce the extra days needed to max her Social Link for Reload.

The Justice Social Link in Persona 3 Reload takes several days to activate. First, you need to join the Student Council, and the earliest this can happen is on April 27th. After this event, you can find Chihiro around the 2F hallway. Speak to her each day, and after the third time, she will go with you, triggering her social link.
